What a great restaurant! All the standard options but lots of dishes I have never seen before. All excellently cooked and presented. It felt high end, but the prices are very reasonable. They even have great deserts which is unusual for an Asia restaurant. Service was faultless. I am looking forward to going back soon!

What a treat! The food is first class but the atmosphere of the old Priory is so warm and relaxing yet steeped in history! The gardens are magical and locks you into the the beauty of established rose garden and rare plants. The River Frome glides by wrapping up this well run Hotel.

Take away was great no complaints 9 meals for £100 great value.

Some of my family took me for a pre Birthday meal as we would not all be around on my actual birthday. It was really very very good! The Monsoon has had an update in decor and the food has too. Couldn't fault it and the service was excellent as well! Simply Great!😁

This place is amazing!! Come here at least once every week on my lunch break, staff are friendly and food is always joyous. Anyone visiting wareham must come to the monsoon.

Fabulous food, great atmosphere, wonderful young staff who are all excellent. I must have visited 30 times and I've never had a bad experience. Choose an intimate meal eating in one of the back rooms, or a quick lunch at a table in the bar or a leisurely meal out on the terrace on a sunny day. .... every experience is a pleasure. Only disappointment at my last visit was the new menu, PLEASE bring back the poussin with roasted garlic. My very favourite choice.

This pub/restaurant is sat in such a beautiful place, right next to the canal and is stunning in the summer. Was super blown away by the amount of Vegan and Vegetarian options, which is very rare in Dorset. So yummy! Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be coming back soon.

Placed a large takeaway order for 9 for my Dad's birthday and it was very, very good. Loads of variety, good quality takeaway.

The food was average at best , given an option I would have gone elsewhere, the staff were nice but disorganised told 20 mins but was 45 which is ok because it was busy , when you are on holiday you look at reviews and take from it what others think 🤔, if you need your Chinese takeaway fix then this would do but over cooked chicken on the sweet and sour chicken Cantonese left it quite chewey the house special had what looked like spam in it cheaper ingredients like I say no one out of the 6 of us enjoyed it but it was at best Ok but miles from good they also charge extra for no veg as my kids are anti veg in the meals . 6/10

I love Chinese food and Iv eaten it all over the world. I'm not mucking about here but I want to go on record and say that nothing else iv had anywhere else comes close to these guys. Their food is fresh clean and amazingly tasty. Their BBQ sauce is the best in the world (for me) their prawn balls are heavenly....and just try the swet and sour chemicken in bread crumbs after a night out ..(I order an extra BBQ sauce on top of the sweet and sour) ....i cant speak highly enough of lotus take away. I just wish they delivered to Poole. Haha.

We stopped there on the way home back from Durdle Door. We found this place online as we were craving for some grilled meat. The staff is so lovely and so polite! It’s been a while since I’ve experience something like that! I could talk about how great they are for ages! But let’s get to the point, which is their food. You won’t be disappointed! They have the best steaks and ribs ever! Don’t order anything else!
