Friendly wardens very clean site. Fantastic dog field for playing ball. Has laundry room and plenty of spacious pitches. Direct access to the forest. Don't forget your boots. Peaceful relaxing site. Need to drive to get to shops etc.
Easy to find and right in the middle of whareham woods. Friendly staff and a great dog exercise area for in between the forest walks. Shower blocks are first rate. A very popular site so you need to book well in advance.

Just spent a week at manor farm very nice place. Very secluded so unless you have a car or like and manage a lot of walking it's best to stock up on supplies or do what we did hire a car. All pitches kept neat and so is the toilets and showers. One small downside is that you do have to have plenty of 20p pieces for the use of shower, hairdryer and hot water for washing up. However as we have a fully serviceable motor home with shower this did not bother us too much. We also had no phone or internet service unless we drove out of the area. The owners are very friendly and helpful thank you for a lovely stay
A lovely clean site, very quite and peaceful, site owners are very helpful and friendly. Showers and toilets are always clean, the site is very neat and well presented. Access might be tight for the larger caravan if approaching from the north. We spent a week here and had fantastic weather which always helps. Lots to do in area and only 5 to 10 min drive from the beautiful Lulworth Cove, and about 12 miles from Poole. We would visit again if in the area and would recommend this site to anybody who prefers the quieter site, 5 star.

A very laid back welcome on arrival and quick to accommodate after asking for a one night stay-told we could choose a spot within a huge area and pretty much left to our own devices! It is one of the nicest campsites we have stayed on-facilities were excellent. My wife is almost OCD about shared public washing facilities but was more than happy to use the ones on site, so that is really saying something! We would definitely come back!
As a touring motorhome we dont normally like campsites with regimented hard standings and many seasonal caravans. But it was October and many simple sites were closed or too muddy. The Lookout on the other hand, offered heated and very clean toilets and shower, hard standings so no chance of getting bogged down so was easy to drive out each day, and a good shop. Well placed to explore Purbeck, including bus stops right outside
